I specialize in coaching triathletes and
endurance athletes of all levels and distances. Whether you are new to a sport,
or a seasoned veteran hoping to reach the next level, I have a plan for you. I
use a scientific approach to optimize your time and potential into a program
that best fits your life. I do not expect athletes to mold their life around my
training plan, but rather I design my plans to fit what is going in each
individual's life. Two athletes of the same age and ability will not do the
same program if it does not fit their needs based on their family and work
schedule.
Each person has a different reason for
training. Some want the thrill of completing their first triathlon, to qualify
for or win a world championship, to stand atop the podium in a local mountain
bike race, or complete a marathon or ironman.
There is no doubt that it will take hard
work, direction and determination to reach your goals, but it will also take a
coach that will take into account your specific needs to make it happen.
