Pisgah Fun

Just got back from a great couple days of mountain biking in Pisgah National Forest! Amazing trails and views. I can't wait to get back there!

About Me

Yaro Middaugh: I have lived, trained and coached in nearly every region of the United States from White Salmon, WA and Palm Springs, CA where I started truly biking, to Vail, CO where I coached Nordic skiing and strength and conditioning for high school athletes. I then moved back to Michigan where I coached high school cross country, put on a triathlon camp and conducted open water swim clinics. My family currently resides in St. Augustine, FL. Living in many different regions of the United States gives me a unique perspective into training athletes all over the country. Personally, I am a four-time USA Triathlon All American Honorable Mention, Winter Triathlon World Championship qualifier, three time Xterra World Championship Qualifier and former member of the Redfeather Team Elite snowshoe team. I am a USAT Triathlon certified coach and pride myself on coaching athletes of all abilities to unlock their potential. Through proper training and hard work, we can all unleash our inner athlete.
